Affiliate Programme Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

By joining the Resolve Affiliate Programme, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not participate in the programme.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Resolve Affiliate Programme, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid bank account for receiving payments
• Not be an employee, contractor, or direct affiliate of Resolve or The Prompt
• Not be a family member of any Resolve employee or contractor
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3. Prohibited Conduct

Affiliates must not engage in the following:

• Represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of Resolve
• Claim to work for or be directly affiliated with Resolve in any promotional materials
• Use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising practices
• Engage in spam, unsolicited email marketing, or any form of harassment
• Bid on Resolve brand terms or variations thereof in paid search campaigns
• Use affiliate links on coupon or cashback websites without prior written approval
• Generate fraudulent clicks or conversions through automated means
• Promote Resolve on websites containing illegal, adult, or offensive content
• Make false claims about Resolve products or services
• Offer unauthorised discounts, refunds, or incentives

4. Commission Structure

Affiliates earn a 20% commission on all qualifying sales made through their unique affiliate link. Commission is calculated on the sale price before VAT.

• Cookie duration: 60 days from initial click
• Minimum payout threshold: £50.00
• Payouts processed monthly via bank transfer
• Commissions may be withheld for refunded or disputed transactions

5. Payment Terms

Payments are processed once your pending balance reaches £50.00. Payouts are made via bank transfer to the account details provided during registration. You are responsible for ensuring your bank details are accurate and up to date.

We reserve the right to withhold payment if we suspect fraudulent activity or breach of these terms. Commissions on refunded sales will be deducted from future earnings.

6. Intellectual Property

You may use Resolve branding and marketing materials provided through the affiliate programme for promotional purposes only. You may not:

• Modify, alter, or create derivative works from our branding
• Use our trademarks in a manner that suggests endorsement beyond the affiliate relationship
• Register domain names containing Resolve or variations thereof
• Use our brand in any way that damages our reputation

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent activity or suspicious behaviour
• Inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months
• Damage to the Resolve brand or reputation

Upon termination, you will forfeit any unpaid commissions below the minimum payout threshold. We will process any pending payouts above £50.00 within 30 days of termination.

You may terminate your participation at any time by contacting us. Standard payout terms apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Resolve and The Prompt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the affiliate programme. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions earned by you in the six months preceding any claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued participation in the programme following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms regularly.

Material changes affecting commission rates or payment terms will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice.

10. Data Protection

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Affiliate Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By joining the programme, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your participation in the programme shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
